I'll be showing a print of this piece at the show from September 17-November 10th. The print is set for 16 x 20", whilst the original, shown here,
is 13.25 x 10.25". The top is a photographic reproduction of Michelangelo's "Pieta" and the bottom is "Ascending and Descending" by M.C. Escher, two of my art heroes.
I guess the title implies that while we all are going around and around that we not forget our spiritual beliefs, whatever they may be.
It is on sale for $125.00, with part of the sale benefitting the Arts Center.

I drew this variation from Da Vinci's " Virgin Of the Rocks" painting...from 1974, while I was waiting for my mom to make dinner! Serious pencil work.
Tress migrating from one planet to another. What? Really?
Yup. The Japanese lettering may say: "To be in love with the whole earth, every tree, every blade of grass", or so I intended.
This is a big seller for me, I guess people love baby elephants.
A beautiful little girl surrounded by butterflies, flowers and birds.
A photo-realistic pencil drawing of Michelangelo's Pieta and Escher's "Ascending and Descending" - no computer trickery was used to create this!
This image is to show the detail in the Escher section.
Remember: All pencil!!
Every single hair drawn in!
I actually stopped halfway because my eyes were crossing after 1.5 months of continuous work. But I managed to finish it!
This is insane. Cross-hatched blocks of differing shades, hair from one head connected to the other and changing in color...has to be seen to be believed.
A close-up of the two faces in Seasonal Migration. Just wanted you to see the detail I draw in.
Crazy pencil work, just crazy. Color version has colorized butterflies and yellow sun.
I purchased these 2 16 x 20" white wood frames at Michael's. I don't get a referral fee, just sharing...
Remember: All pencil!!
Educational!
Black and white and 3 colorized versions available.
This really came out great!
I hand painted an under layer to allow the color through.
Close-up view of the paint detail in the full version. This pictrure is actually only 70% full size!
Serious pencil illustration is my thing. No blending stumps used
